Our Loan Process
Our loan process is fast, simple and straightforward. Unlike other lenders we can often provide a formal approval within as little as 5 days!
1. Conditional Pre-approval
Once we receive your initial application we can provide you with a conditional pre-approval if you haven’t found the property yet.
2. Full Application
Once you’ve decided what you want to do and have talked things through with one of our Home Loan Specialists, we’ll get you to complete a full application, including all the supporting documents we’ll need to make a decision. We’ll then run a credit check and valuation if required.
3. Verification and Title Search
Once we have all your supporting documentation we can then verify your details and conduct a title search on the property.
4. Full approval
When your loan is fully approved, Toyota Money will send you a letter of Offer stating the terms of the loan agreement. Read the Offer, sign it and return it to Toyota Money.
5. Settlement
Toyota Money will provide you with a clear, concise document confirming all your loan details, and complete instructions on how to access your funds and make transactions. Congratulations on your new loan!
